the Problem
Replenish MD, a medical aesthetics clinic, was managing appointments, staff schedules, inventory, and invoicing across disconnected spreadsheets, paper forms, and multiple third-party tools. This fragmentation led to double-bookings, stock-outs of critical supplies, and delayed invoicing — all of which directly impacted patient experience and revenue.
How We Built It
Conducted a deep requirements gathering phase with clinic staff to map every manual workflow — from patient intake to post-treatment billing
Built a modular React dashboard with dedicated panels for personnel management, appointment scheduling, inventory tracking, and invoice generation
Implemented a smart appointment system with conflict detection, provider availability views, and automatic patient reminders via email
Created a real-time inventory module with low-stock alerts, supplier reorder tracking, and batch expiry management for medical supplies
Developed an invoicing engine that auto-generates line items from completed appointments, supporting insurance codes and partial payments
Designed a fully responsive layout with Tailwind CSS and React-Bootstrap, ensuring seamless use on reception desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
